What the musicians have to say about being a part of Voice.

Amy - Singer in Voice Lymm

"The performances that we did this term were really fun and exciting, and something I will remember for the rest of my life! At the time just before any performance I get a bit nervous, but when we all start singing I love every last minute of it, except when it ends!"

Chloe - Violinist in Voice Lymm

"Voice is a musical youth group whose foundation is based on honouring God. It is a fun group that laughs nearly as much as practices and has a constant friendly atmosphere. I enjoy the music we play and I like the different levels of skill in our group. The less advanced will be provided with music to fit their level and the more advanced will be given music to help them develop and challenge them."

Zoe - Singer in Voice Lymm

"As a group we have a strong bond together and we all share a passion for God. We express this in the songs we sing. I personally love performing with Voice, seeing lots of people come together under the same roof smiling and having a great time. It’s liberating to think that I'm part of the wide spreading of the word of God. It's always been something I've wanted to do. It makes me feel so encouraged when we are on stage, I just love performing with the guys, singing and just having fun."

Lauren - Singer in Voice Lymm

"One of the special things about Voice is the great relationships formed between our members. Solos are fairly and evenly distributed. For example, in our concert, approximately half of the singers had their chance to shine in their own individual way, which is amazing compared to other choirs, who only routinely feature one or two soloists.

But by far the most important thing is who we are singing to; regardless of whether we mess up a note or forget the lyrics (a rare thing thankfully) our performance is for God and I, for one, feel privileged to be part of Voice and use my talents as part of my personal worship."
